This has been very hard for me. It’s easier to fast for a week turning away hunger pains than to deal with lust in the moment it arrises. Things I have found that help are being on hyper guard going to places where you may feel lust. Kind of like being on defense. The 2nd thing is as soon as you find yourself in a lustfull moment, to litteraly look away, move away, lower your eyes and repeat a japa in the heat of the moment. It will absolutely cool the fires and get you back to a more workable place mentaly.
