I had crippling vertigo for years which hospitalised me and I have never had it again after using an electronic device to clean the wax from my ears called an Earbud. It has a tiny camera. My right ear canal is too small and wax can’t get out on its own. It builds up and presses on the ear canal. Since cleaning it every week I don’t get vertigo and I don’t get silent migraines anymore! It’s honestly a miracle and everyone should learn to clean their ears properly. I also use a neti pot to clean my sinuses now too.

I have a lot of trouble with vertigo, sudden dizziness does not feel good at all, I again get treatment from the doctor, the doctor has given me some medicine and asked me to do some exercise, still my vertigo is not getting cured. Then my friends told me a remedy for vertigo in which my vertigo started getting cured.

I am sure I have vestibular migraines. I’m pretty active, eat well, have good vitals, cholesterol, etc. history of a significant head injury and menopausal. Help! Not sure what else to do. It’s miserable.

A lot of acronyms and jargon in this discussion. Perhaps it was meant for PTs? I have had semi-chronic vestibular issues since a TBI. Vision and vestibular therapy were my biggest helps. This situation can be extremely debilitating. Thank you.
