Tacoma vs Tremor: I believe both are great. I’m 6’3” 225lbs. Disabled vet with jacked up knees, hip, and back….jumping out of planes isn’t all its cracked up to be. All that said, the Tacoma is not comfortable for me especially on long hauls. I know because I tried it on an 12 hour run from Dallas to Pagosa and back. My broken body screamed at me. I currently own a Tremor. Lots more wiggle room for me in it.

@@LastLineOfDefense That was a fast response and certainly a pleasant surprise. I was meaning your F250 Tremor. Yeah, Tundra would have no problem, though a stock one would have to navigate some sections a little more carefully. Tacoma feels underpowered right off the lot - but honestly with the gears it doesn't feel much different than stock as it sits now.

I’ve been up this trail(if it is where I think it is) to Loch Lamond(just east of Idaho Springs) a few times in 2016 with my 2008 4.7L 4x4 tundra. Did it once with people, camping gear, and a dog, in November, with a tiny bit of snow on the ground. Only mods were UCAs, 32” x 9.5” tires, bilsteins, and a 3” lift. Made it up and back no problem, but not worth fishing up there in November… And coming down that switchback in the middle of the night in a full size truck because your tent ripped apart in the wind, and people are freezing is a B and half. 🤦🏼♂️ Plan accordingly, and prep for Colorado mountain weather.

What percent of the trails do you think you could fit a full size truck on vs a midsize in Colorado?

Technically fitting them probably somewhere in the 90% range, but some of those 90% would represent quite a bit of pinstriping and some potential body damage.
