The angel/succubus looking lady is indeed very strong.If you punch her stomach, you might aswell have punched a diamond or some shit. Plus despite how she looks which can give off a "magician" or "advisor" only role, she's actually a warrior. A very heavily armored and tanky warrior at that

The red orb in the stomach part of Ainz’s body is a world class item(highest class of items that could break the balance in the game(but they’re not in a different world now) and the natural laws of a world(one character called Evileye stated that a certain book -which only us audience knew that it was a World Class Item- that records all spells that exist -even newly made ones- is worth an entire world. Having one back in the game would boost one’s fame(though having one meant you could be hunted down by other players just for the item).

Also to answer your question, Albedo (the woman with the horns and black wings) is basically Ainz's 2nd in command / secretary, and she is one of the top 5 strongest servants Ainz has. She could easily turn a person's head into paste just by flicking a pebble at their face.

Albedo has the strongest defence in Nazarick(she's a tank build). Her sister Rubedo is the strongest fighter overall(even better than Ainz or any of the other Supreme Beings). Shalltear is the best PvP character though. It's why Ainz had to change builds constantly and buff himself to a ridiculous degree just to somewhat overwhelm her.
