yeah that girl is tanya from the anime that is close to Overlord. it's called "The Evil Saga of Tanya" there is also a mix of these anime which involves "Overlord", "The Evil Saga of Tanya", "Konosuba", "RE:Zero", "Rising of the Shield Hero", & "The Cautious Hero"

No, Ainz isn't the weakest in his guild. That one player that put most of his points into professions like smithing (I don't remember his name) is the weakest, but he isn't the combat player. Ainz used his sword during the battle against Shalltear.

The funny thing is. Ainz is geared towards roleplaying more so than actual combat orientation. He specializes in instant-death spells, he just managed to find a way of expanding it even further because he stumbled upon it. Because the game's devs didn't actually tell anyone the actual mechanics and rules. You had to find it out yourself. Ainz is still quite capable though. Ability to coordinate between different individuals of the team. He carefully assesses his opponent. Despite being a mid-tear or lower upper tier player. He has the highest ratio of victory to defeats. Using the first round to gauge his opponents while the second round he counters them completely.
