I live in Saskatoon, but worked at a northern camp for 4 summers in the ‘80s. Northern Saskatchewan is the most peaceful place in the world.

Hey William as far as I know the beef that you're eating for Japan is supposed to be the top of the top of the top it has great marbling is supposed to have great flavor I do not know because here in the states it's over $30 a pound. If you can let me know what you think of it. Joe Dirt NorCal
