At over 80 I make it for 3 days at a time, and I prefer to warm mine before adding the extra fruit and cinnamon. With a cup of green tea.

Everything in this bowl is safe for diabetic patients instead of honey. But it depends on what type of food you take the rest of the day..for example, a diabetic patient can take 1-2 medium sized bananas & very little milk in a day.
