Here's the recipe: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup 1% milk 1 banana, mashed 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tb chia seeds Cinnamon to taste Small handful toasted pecans on top This is a very hearty, filling breakfast. It's about 750-850 calories as written if you don't go overboard with the pecans. I'm a big guy, and it fills me up for a good 5-6 hours no problem.
