Yes! Along with the red slathering idea, another very positive color is yellow! It looks very nice when you do splotches of yellow paint on the floors of the bathroom, especially near the toilets.

Doctors told me I have high cholesterol, I decided to look up oatmeal recipes. This is the first one I watched 👀 I now realized why eating oatmeal will lower my cholesterol. The prepping, the walking, the yoga, the dancing, the resting, the waiting, and finally not eating until the next day 🤤

I've advanced to a higher form of overnight oats by making my last name as close to oats as possible without upsetting the oat emperors of wellness. While not the maximum amount of oats, I have managed to open my third eye, and received a free pass into oats heaven once my oats filled life has concluded. Peace be with you all.

I can confirm that just by watching this video and listening about the overnight oats all my chakras are now balanced. My car check engine light is no longer on. My neighbors who were trying for a child are finally pregnant. Both of them. By watching and liking this video, life of everyone on my town improved. 12/10 recommend!!!

*Banana bread protein overnight oats* are my go-to breakfast, probably 3-4 times a week! Here's the recipe: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup 1% milk 1 banana, mashed 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tb chia seeds Cinnamon to taste Small handful toasted pecans on top This is a very hearty, filling breakfast. It's about 750-850 calories as written if you don't go overboard with the pecans. I'm a big guy, and it fills me up for a good 5-6 hours no problem. It's absolutely fantastic- go ahead and give it a go!

I've been watching this channel since it was 1/100th the size it is today. The videos are still funny, interesting and full of great recipes.
