Every time I see your vids of bunny busting that green eyed monster comes out. I learned how to shoot back in the 70s with a sportco 62s and bunnies were the main target, skins went for fur, meat on the table and the marksmanship stayed with me through 20 yrs in the infantry. So watching you brings back a lot of great memories for an old digger, thanks.

That's a LOT of rabbit stew! Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper on the rabbit legs and coat them in flour. Cut a few garlic cloves in half. Fry the legs in butter until they are nicely browned. Add the garlic and some sprigs of fresh thyme. Deglaze with mustard, cooking cream and stock and let it cook over low heat for an hour with the lid on the pan. Remove the legs from the pan, remove the garlic cloves and thyme sprigs and thicken the sauce with a thickener. Season with salt and pepper.

Remind me of a session at fort Nelson in Hampshire England about 20year back . When the public went home after a cannon demo the site manager asked if we could bring some guns, so we started by dividing the fort up in sections and on my alloted bit I started with a falcon 8 shot PCP and I ran out of gas and ammo after nailing about 50 .so I came back and lost count . between the group we must of done 200 and we could not believe our eyes as every morning they were all gone ! The fort was designed to counter Napoleon the third from attacking Southampton and Portsmouth but never got used until ww2 as an ammo store and a anti aircraft position. The fort is built so at ground level you can hardly see it . From inside you have a deep steep trench which makes a fantastic bunny home .the fireing steps gives the defence a place to reload the single shot guns of the 1870-80s period so perfect to hide at about 20m from the buns , I ended up trying every type of gun we had with us from matchlock musket to percussion enfields on up to semmi 12 g for the runners .best mini safri ever. New management got professionals in and installed drop traps and ruined the fun 😊

We passed, no wabbit soup. But one day, I'd like to try BBQ wabbit, it must be good.
