in march 2022 i've discovered self improvement and i've been working on myself since, i've been pretty consistant and made decent progress, my only focus for the majority of that time was improving myself, last summer met a 10/10 wife material girl, the closer we got the more complacent i got, i stopped working on myself and it was noticeable, i started living a hedonistic lifestyle again, she lost respect for me and we don't talk anymore, the time i've been the happiest was when i was most focused on improving myself, your videos are really helping with getting me back on track, ty for making them

videogames, adult content, scrolling useless stuff, and many more, are just an addiction, making people miserable to their life, quit all of that Then inner peace comes, and boredom leads to greatness

@@Ali_Habeel to conquer that is to understand the mind The nature of the mind is greedy for sensual pleasure to the 5 senses every second of everyday Like; eating very delicious food, seeing beautiful people, smelling good, hearing catchy music, and touching like sex And we all know sex is the top tier for sensual pleasure That's why the mind want even more because it combines all the senses Touch hearing moaning Probably smell See very beautiful And even licking We must understand that people who are doing sex are just like an animal, all living beings are n organism and doing sex is normal But sex is disgusting if we look deep with it, We are just organism struggle for existence porn created because people don't have job for money that's why they do that and become an actor and become addicted and very sad, we must understand them and not to be horny Because horniness is just chemical reactions to the brain and instinct to reproduce, and we must let go of it And we must view men and women and animals and other living beings as an organism rather than separate entity to be peace with it and let go of addiction and attachment that bind us from the truth Hope this helps, have a peaceful day everyday

Was meditating today for the first time in a while and thought about exactly this, how I am constantly overstimulated and it's causing me huge problems because i cannot just sit and rest without stimulation. This was much needed. Thank you and bravo on the progress you have made, I am inspired.

It fascinates me to hear this. I wall cold turkey it even though you said that no stimulation might not be the best idea. I will upload a youtube video of my progress and update it for documentation as well. I'll see how far I can reach with my understanding of myself. Thanks friend for voicing the thoughts that I avoided answering. 👍

Your channel and videos just came in the moment in my life where I am feeling stuck, sinking and wasting my potential. A lot of the points you bring up hit home and I started to implement some changes. I hope that you and I keep up the good work.

Inspiring journey towards real fulfillment! Your shift from a hedonistic lifestyle to seeking deeper satisfaction highlights the courage it takes to choose long-term happiness over immediate gratification. This is a powerful reminder for all of us to evaluate what truly enriches our lives. 👏

Over stimulation is an issue. One that's been effecting me for 22 years now. Im 30 btw. I'm finding ways to curb it and mamage it. I say this because while i agree it's an issue i dissagree that the opposite is "real". Or at least anymore real. it's more that it allows the mind more room to breath and process stuff. It allows for more long term planning amd thinking. Like not being over stimulated doesn't make me want to go out and find a GF. It just allows me to determin what i need and want for myself. And then to figure out how to get it. You stop getting your sense of self from others/externally and start getting it from your self/internally.
