Just started touching the rim again lol big thanks to adding some of your workouts and stretches to my routine. Not too long ago I was hella outta shape, like 50 lbs overweight. Now 30lbs lighter on my 15th week, thanks to intermittent fasting as well. But I reached a goal today I never thought I'd get for like 5 months. 100% every gym sesh. So hyped, I wanna be dunking asap.

Its crazy you say that the broad juml is bring used as a metric for different sports. The US Army is implementing that as one of the tests called the OPAT (Occupational Physical Assessment Test) before people ship out for Basic Combat Training, BCT. I've been practicing my broad jumps and your videos have been a gold mine. Thanks Chris.

Alright so I play football and I'm a freshman but I'm 6'1 137 , I'm a twig compared to everyone else and I work out as hard as I can and eat until I'm full but I don't gain any weight or muscle if you have any tips I'd really appreciate it.

Start tracking your intake bro, eating until full doesn't mean you're body is getting enough protein or energy to compensate for all the physical activity you're doing. Also make sure your workout intensity/volume is high enough, if you're not progressively overloading your body and challwnging it all you'll do is burn energy and favour wieghtloss rather than muscle gain. You'll probably need to do actual strength training, maybe tou are but yh you won't put mass on as fast if you jist play your spoet ( it's hard to directly challenge your strength that way). Either hop on a trustee bodyeieght workout ( I'd suggest the reddit bodyweight workout) or hop on a 5x5 workout scheme ( like ice cream sandwich) so you can develop strwngth and size ( size should help with your general build giving you a little more presence). Maybe also look into olympic lifts cos power

You just aren't eating enough. I started eating 1,2 more apples a day, then moved on to full blown meal. Gained 40lbs of muscle just from eating. Was 6'3 130, now im 175ish. Really focus on eating a bit more, really think about it.
