That last drill is excellent. Definitely see a lot of carry over to linebackers and DB’s in terms of their ability to break on the ball. Great work man

Not only can I do these workouts but my 5 year old boy loves these workouts too.. specially for his baseball skillset these are just going to enhance him going forward.. no weights involved OTA just killing the content game right now!

Sir, enjoy your content. I have a question, the athlete in the white spandex, I noticed on the lateral single leg (aprox 2:06) he keeps his non plant leg forward of the knee relative to others keeping it under the hip and or even in the front with the plant leg. Do you have a preference and if so how do you reinforce it? Thanks in advance.

Me and my son do this with the tennis balls, soon as he catches one he dropped it because I'm getting ready throw two more, works extremely well
