Ali....you have GOT to talk to the the academy about adding this video to their course on sales hub!!! This was SOOO helpful! It's one thing to learn about Sales Hub from the academic perspective. It's entirely different, and to me more helpful, to learn the tool from the end-user perspective. Especially someone who uses it day-in and day-out. I always tell people, learning something new often comes down to nuance more-so than learning the tool itself. Thanks!

Thank you, I have a sales pro account BUT I have not used it for anything BUT tracking emails. it used to be called SIDE KICK but it is a feature that is still the reason I pay 25.00 a month for HUBSPOT

Hi Charles, We're not sure what you're referencing here in terms of what you pay for - but yes, HubSpot did used to have a "sidekick" plugin in chrome that tracked email opens. Now it's just part of their crm, but you'll notice it still uses the sidekick functionality. As for the $25/mo, we would encourage you to reach out to HubSpot directly to learn more about what you're paying for and what that means.

Hi Shelley! You can customize how many Marketing contacts you want to purchase with Marketing Hub. Sales Hub alone includes unlimited CRM storage for contact records.
