12 Chiles Guajillo
1 Dry Chile Ancho
5 Chiles de Arbol ( More if you like spicy )

4-5 pounds of Beef ( Your favorite cut for Beef Stew )
1/2 Onion
3-4 Cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Ground Cumin
Bay leaves

That's a good idea. Go out to some overland/outdoor enthusiast meet up, give folks samples of your cooking, or just sell it outright, and also ring a few copies of the book along so those who like the food truck's offerings can make it themselves.

@@ronthoman7138 Some people believe that bay leaf is poisonous, its not! it's just another herb. You do remove it from stews or when you cook meat with it but just because you don't want to bite on a hard bitter leaf. Because I put everything in the blender together to make the salsa, i don't worry about bay leaves in the mix, i'm running it through the strainer anyways. But you could removed them if you wish, its goodness it's already in the boiled water.
