So Excited of posting my channel's first ever cooking video of the series
"Food On The Trail with OVRLNDX" - In this video, I will show you how to make a Steak & Shrimp with Guacamole and Salsa Tatemada Burrito at camp! a simple recipe that doesn't need any special utensils or appliances to make when you are out there camping. I use the Skottle the Flatpit and the Mountaineer stove to cook, but the idea is that you use what you have! Go outside! Try this recipe yourself! And enjoy!!!

I have received my copy of the "The Overland Cook " by Marco A Hernandez and I have to say how surprised I was that it surpassed my upmost expectation, expectation built over more than a year -I believe- wanting this. The images are superb, the instructions even I can follow, and the ingredients listed are easily found on any significant food market on the way to the trail. I showed this to my wife, the cook of the house, she agrees with the quality not only of the layout but of the cooking technique and easy to follow vocabulary and instructions. Can't wait to cook my first (other than carne asada) gourmet meal outdoors. Thank you very much for such an excellent product. Have to thank Trail Recon too for am an adoptee from that channel.

Marco and OVRLNDX Team, the fiancé and I made these steak and shrimp burritos last night and they were AMAZING! The salsa tatemada is unbelievable, as is the radish and green onion salad (so crunchy, so fresh, great flavors). Special props to the spice rub used on the steak as well. Truly, the entire meal was a 10/10. We are so excited to order your cookbook and try more recipes! Thanks man!
