I'm 25 with a hairline similar to 2. Last week I went for the clean sides cut and though I'm still experimenting, I'm feeling more confident with new my cut. I'm beginning to mentally embrace the shaved/bald look too for the future; I even got a compliment from a friend saying I look good. I think shorter hair is better for us guys and if a beard is possible, use it.

I have a assymetric hairline ; on one side its like begining of nw2. And on other side its like end of nw2 I.e an assyemtirc v shape hairline So i simply cannot afford to style my hair back What i ususally do is grow them out long and expose my less receeded hairline and hide the more receeded one by keeping hair on that side

Notice how all the people shown have a beard. A beard makes it much easier to compensate for a receiding hairline if everything is cut and trimmed clean. Without a beard it becomes much harder unfortunately.

I generally just get a number 1 on the sides and have the top a bit longer and combed to the side. But once my hair gets too bad I'm just going to shave my head, I don't want to use hair fibers or any cover-ups for my balding/ hair loss, just gotta give up the ghost when the hair is too far over.

Let's be honest. Beard means a lot when one has receding hairline. Also the jawline and head shape in general. I'm somewhere at 2 on Norwood scale and I hope I wont go any further. Unfortunately little chance for a decent beard. A moustache and maybe goatie at best xD But at this point I prefer clean and smooth shave

Add volumizing powder and hair fibers. That is the only option I think but it is hard to tell how full it can look. Based on the degree of your diffuse thinning

Hi Matt. Great Channel. Do you know about COVID related shedding? I recovered a couple of months ago from the virus, but have experienced some shedding during these last 2-3 months. How long does it last etc etc? On another note, when you went for your 3rd transplant, were you required to shave your head fully? How did you hide it from the public till it grew back? How did you have the 3rd transplant, considering that you already had some hair in the area? Usually doctors refuse to transplant hair near already existing hair, right?

Hi. Covid hair loss is self correcting hair loss. You will automatically recover based on your genetics. If you have underlying androgenetic alopecia condition also Minoxidil with dermarolling or Finasteride can definitely help. Pretty much any proven stimulant which is known to trigger/prolong the anagen phase.

I don't know if I had Covid or not but in May of 2021 I fell sick for about 2-3 weeks. It was at that time I experienced intense hairfall. It was because of that couple weeks I feel. Anyways I still do almost the same amount of hairfall but now I keep my hair buzzed on the sides and with a lil length on top to spike or do a peaky blinders look. I miss having long hair

Yeah, if you have coarser hair you can get away with it to a certain length. If the hair is fine a straight, it will look far from fashionable. I tried it before. Once you start sweating, it is over.
