The boyfriend desperately wanted a son, but the mother gave it up for adoption out of spite (her own words) because of cheating but lied telling him his son passed by strangling from his umbilical cord. I believe the older son ended his life via strangulation is to why she made that up to hurt him. this was one of the best episodes. Very healing and good to see black family work through real life issues.
