the police go to the house and promptly do nothing - even though there are witnesses everywhere and the cars are in the driveway then when questioned - the police say they are investigating who was driving and what they did then, after the subjects have left the country, the police say they have identified the driver and that 1. they do not have diplomatic immunity like they said, and that its a crime to lie about it 2. the cars were not registered and did not have california plates 3. the drivers had no license 4. the drivers ran multiple red lights, stop signs, were speeding and driving recklessly my question - if the police went to the house that day, couldn't they have established all that within 10 minutes, and charged them RIGHT THERE for the crimes, like they do with EVERY other person EVER
