OMG, as a sugar/carb addict and 65 year old woman who suffered from debilitating depression and anxiety, "a little bit of carbs or sugar" would NEVER work for me! Just a TINY bit of sugar made me suicidal! Tried moderating for YEARS! Zero carb is the only thing that EVER worked for me. Rice would trigger a massive binge! Been carnivore for 17 months, have experienced oxalate dumping, but feel better (ZERO anxiety or depression) than I've EVER felt in my life.

I experience the same thing with binging eventually. Currently I take a little dextrose (5g) to spike my blood sugar once a day. But I really have to pay attention or I'll end up cheating a whole week again and again :( (PS: My main struggle is depression too. Have you written your discoveries/stories down somewhere? I like reading about other success stories :)

Been a Carnivore for 18 months and when I came to my condo in Cuenca, Ecuador I found out, although worried, that Ribeye is only 5.04 cents pound and cowboy steaks are cheaper. So I am in Carnivore heaven until I return to my South Carolina home in February.

I was a big eater of those "healthy" veggies for a long time. Health slowly going downhill so I ate more and more of them, not understanding why it kept going downhill except it "must just be" old age. Nope, all I had to do was the exact opposite and dump all the plants. I read Sally's book a few months into carnivore. Explained a ton of weird symptoms I had switching over from keto. 10 months in I'm happy to say nearly all those oxalate dumping symptoms are gone, even body odor is almost gone. Amazing stuff just not eating those stupid plants. I highly recommend Sally's book, it's eye opening and really just the tip of how bad plants are for our bodies.

That’s awesome you got the chance to chat with Sally. She’s really knows her stuff…and is just all-round amazing. I’ve shared her videos with family..but had no luck yet with getting them to take this Information on board. Sadly many of them are suffering a lot of the symptoms and diseases mentioned in this video, when some simple dietary changes could bring them relief. I’ll keep trying anyway. Even if it seems like they’re now avoiding talking to me because they know I’m going to want to chat about avoiding plants and eating mainly meat products. They‘ll get a shock when they see me again. I dropped 20 lbs of fat and can see my six pack muscles again at 57 years. Maybe that’s the only way I can convince them there’s a method to my madness:)

I will never go back to eating things that were harming me. Red meat (grass-fed), butter, celtic salt, with some bacon, and some fish (wild only) every once in a while. Old habits are hard to break for some, but I look at the harm and that makes it very easy to say no. 61 y.o. female, injection free since 1998, rx free since 2005. (12/15/2024)

I was veggie and vegan for years . Had bladder, kidney snd urine infections for 8years! The carnivore diet saved my life. I really was considering taking myself out. The pain in my bladder and infections was horrendous and the constant antibiotics given me that didn't cure the problem at all sent me crazy with frustration. Im so glad i discovered this way of eating just in the nick of time🙏

Rice has an extremely low oxalate level.. however, that does not mean it's a good thing to consume.. but when making a choice between rice or spinach/leafy green,.. it's clear that rice is the better choice. However, full carnivore is seriously the best choice.. Depending on how deeply/negatively you're health is being impacted ..small moderated amounts of those things mentioned by Sally,..KEEPING IN MIND.. "SUGAR IS SUGAR IS SUGAR" SO CHOOSE WISELY.

I heard some doctors talk about how to prepare some of these type of foods (lectins, ox) properly to remove most of their negative effects? Eating high calcium like dairy with the ox food that binds to it and escorts it out. And pressure cooking high lectin foods reducing the problems. When you have gut issues that lead to histamine & thyroid trouble you can end up not able to eat way too many foods

Im my opinion, if you have to alter, process, overcook a food to ingest it, that food is probably shouldn't be eaten.

@@greenerpastures1000 I don't think pressure cookers are overcooking. It's just different. If you want to chew on beef 24/7 (that they're now monkey -ing with to hinder the supply), then you're all good. Not everyone thrives on that or likes a complete lack of variety & I'm trying to heal a messed up biome. 7mos didn't heal my problem. There's alot more involved in all this

Folks consider and think how this picture shapes up if people all decide NO MORE OF THIS! ... Everyone, or a signigicant number of people wise up AND STOP EATING/CONSUMING THESE HEALTH DESTROYING FOOD! Think of the dead space now in the grocery stores..where those veggies all now sit, think of all those farms that produce those veggies.. the farmers, the pickers, the truck drivrs that transport those veggies to the store, the processing.. the people at the store that put all those veggies on the shelf everysingle day GONE! Think of all those restaraunts, that utilize veggies as part of their menue (ie. revenue)... all the people involved in that whole chain will be reduced considerably. And that's just the tiny tip of a giant mega ice berg if everyone wises up and stops consuming all these toxic plant foods! YOU THINK THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN INSURING YOU ALL/WE ALL CONTINUE TO CONSUME THOSE PLANT FOODS ARE JUST GONNA LET THIS HAPPEN? ROFL.. YOU'D BE SERIOUSLY DELUSIONAL TO THINK THAT! They know this awakening, this knowledge revolution is coming for them.. AND THEY'RE NOT GOING TO JUST WALK AWAY FROM MEGA TRILLION $$ OF REVENUE-NOT OF A SECOND! THEY ARE ALREADY GEARING UP FOR A MAJOR MAJOR FIGHT AND IT'S GOING TO GET UGLY AND NOT IN YOUR FAVOR.

This is what my post was about too. According to a lot of dr. I've heard, if you have a guthealth problem, you need to create more goodbacteria and that only meat doesn't contribute to a broader range for biome, it mainly stops inflammation. 7mos carnivore didn't heal mine & the dairy I was having with it was a problem. That diet is NOT for everyone. I won't even go into what a certain person I can't name here are doing with the cows now. See Steak & Butter gal

Sorry to bother you,Allow to post my case and share my cannivore story: I have been eating a carnivore diet for over 11 months. However, for over 12 weeks, I have been eating only chicken thighs (roast chicken most of the time). I am Brazilian and here in Brazil, red meat is very expensive due to the increase in inflation. I have lost some body fat, but only in the initial 3 weeks. (I have gone for over 3 months without losing body fat eating red meat) I eat 1.2 kg of chicken thighs for lunch and 7-9 whole eggs for dinner (in a 6 hour window). I still have at least 4-6 kg of body fat to lose to reach my goal of getting below 15% BF. (My weight is +-80 kg) I am 35 years old, 180 cm tall and I go to the gym 3 times a week. (I do resistance training to help build muscle and lose body fat) I am around 20% BF and would like to get below 15% BF. I have all the trouble losing body fat on the carnivore diet. (I have not lost much body fat in my carnivore experience. Regardless of whether I eat meat or chicken) Let me ask you a few questions about the carnivore diet, in my situation: 1- Should I start using the CICO model to lose the last 10-15 pounds of body fat that I still need to lose? 2- Can someone follow a cannivore diet if they can only afford chicken? 3- What would you recommend for those who only have the financial resources to buy chicken? Or for those in this situation, it might be better to not follow a carnivore diet. Maybe a ketogenic diet? PS: I am a healthy man with no health problems or chronic diseases and I started the carnivore diet to improve my body composition (mainly to lose body fat) without starving myself or counting calories (CICO MODEL) Thank you very much!

Do they sell ground up beef in Brazil? Here in Australia I sometimes have to search for 70% ground beef as the main supermarkets seem to think we all want reduced fat. But the lower grade ground beef costs the same as or less than chicken here. So I make a meatloaf style block, or pattie style rounds with butter. Worth asking a butcher for beef offcutts too - sometimes I can get them quite cheaply.

Inidians have been vegetarian for all their existence. There is so many components to getting sick. Unresolved trauma is a big one. In my opinion moderation is the answer and unprocessed food. Everybody becoming a carnivore is not the answer. There is also good argumentation how carnivore diet can harm. So an balanced approach is needed. I am a vegetarian that eats carbs and once in a while fish or chicken. Not eating to much might also be an answer. Becuase these days everything is contaminated . The amount of antibiotica and how cows are fed is gruesome to say the least. Not only animals have to suffer so we live forever like 18 year old.

I know a lot of visa Indians being in IT and they have a TON of health problems. I have a buddy essentially dying at 40 from severe diabetes that he has had for 10 years now, that refuses to eat much meat. I could go on, I've known these guys for a long time and have seen their health just collapse. And they aren't eating processed food for the most part. Just the amount of skin growths they get really amazes me, those can't be good. Indians are not healthy as vegetarians. There are plenty of statistics to back this up and plenty of anecdotal evidence if you're around Indians and open your eyes.
