Go to the US colleges but be discerning: Texas A&M Carnegie Mellon and its School of Robotics Uni of Wisconsin Stick to the colleges that are predominantly physical sciences and engineering, even if you are doing humanities/law, as they don't drink the KoolAid as deeply. On the UK front, James Delingpole, journalist, author, climate sceptic and Oxbridge Alum (read English) sent his kids to Durham University. So that's another option.

Egypt has actually ran out Palestinians before. They won’t allow them in as you stated. They also aren’t accused of “ occupation” like Israel is accused.
