OXTAIL RASTA PASTA, absolutely delicious!

This amazingly delicious Oxtail Rasta Pasta is a must try😋
*Ingredients*
2 1bs Oxtail
1 tbsp Dry Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Oxtail Seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Finely chopped, garlic & onion, scallion & thyme, bell pepper, pimento peppers, and tomatoes.
1-2 tbsp ketchup
Fresh thyme
Whole pepper
*Rasta Pasta*
250 grams Rigatoni pasta (or pasta of choice)
1 cup evaporated or heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped onion & garlic
1/2 cup bell peppers (Red, yellow, green)
1/4 cheese of choice
Jerk Seasoning
Fresh parsley
Use recipe as a guide, taste and make adjustments.
