Oyakudon always looks so delicious but I admit I cannot get over eating chicken and egg at the same time 😅 maybe some day 😂

There are other types of Japanese rice bowls that don't include egg. Maybe you can start with one of those? Here's my rice bowl playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLP3Ew88wjvg_p6zCvuFG00tZ3Q1EG4Wee

I wonder if there’s any other cuts of beef I can use for curry or shank is the only one
@NoRecipes11 ай бұрын
Any cut of beef that has enough fat/connective tissue on it to hold up to the long cooking time and still be moist will work. Shortribs, chuck or brisket are all good options.

Thanks Nicholas! I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if you can use cornstarch instead of potato starch?

Went on a trip to Japan in January of this year and this brings back some great memories of that trip. This reminds of a katsudon I made when I came back and will certainly try oyakodon next. Thank you!

@@nickmorales8146 Hi, Nick! I just found your message this second. Sorry for the late response. My health isn't the greatest, so that is why I have not been posting on Maplecook. I have been making language learning content on my other channel, if you are interested. Marc was the one who urged me to do it.
