Oyster Chicken Pot 『生蚝土鸡煲 』

生蚝土鸡煲 16oz
冷冻生蚝
洗净生蚝 可用玉米淀粉
沥干水分
鸡对半切开 切小块 洗净
一勺盐，白糖，白胡椒粉，蚝油，玉米淀粉，一勺半的生抽，抓匀。
一勺食用油，抓匀。
淹制15分钟
调酱汁：一勺白糖，二勺酱油，一茶勺老抽，一勺蚝油，四勺米酒，一茶勺玉米淀粉，拌匀。
煎锅放油，生蚝裹上玉米淀粉放入煎锅，大火，两面金黄，约八分钟取出
煎锅不用洗，放入鸡块，大火煎，两面金黄，约八分钟
同时准备一个砂锅，预热好后放一点油，放入葱姜蒜炒熟，葱是干葱头，转小火。
煎好的鸡肉转人砂锅，煎好的生蚝放在上面，调好的酱汁均匀撒在上面，盖上盖子，中小火焖五分钟。
最后放上红椒丝，葱段，
