I’m working on creating my own booklist as well (using AO, Robinson, Memoria, and Sonlight… cross referencing since a lot of the books are repeated on the list.) I have been working on figuring out how to mesh several methods and creating this booklist and I keep getting overwhelmed. I’m off to a good start but I don’t always know what order to put the books in.

Hi Colleen! Well, that's hard to answer right now. Our milk cow, Daisy, had a little bull calf in January. We originally intended to raise him up for meat, but now we're considering leaving him intact and using him as a breeder instead. Daisy is hopefully newly pregnant with an Angus calf now and that calf will definitely be grown out for meat for our family. :)

(from Shawn) Yes, Sarah is wearing a real gun. We have a video about the sidearms we carry here on the homestead. This is a remote area with a variety of dangers (both predatory animals and criminals who hide out in these parts) and make it a practice to carry a gun to protect ourselves and our livestock. In the U.S., gun laws vary by state and we are happy to live in Missouri where our right to bear arms is respected by our local government. Thanks for watching!

I'm going to give you a word to the wise you had a life thing today and you can talk and so much with your daughter and everything you're not answering nobody's questions I asked like eight times why does your kids where guns is there wild animals on your property or what I don't care I'm just trying to find out why and you're so busy talking that you don't answer nobody stuff you when you do that you could just purpose is to try to answer people's questions you know just keep that in mind and not trying to be mean or rude I love you guys I think you're wonderful but you can't get so caught up and just talk talk talk and you're missing all the questions that are going by so that's that's what I wanted to kind of tell you and I know it's hard I know it's very hard other people of God on lives and they say it's almost impossible but I think there's a way to slow stuff down to but yeah

We took the questions and comments one at a time, therefore as more comments came in, there was a longer delay until we saw them. We were not ignoring questions, it just took time until each question reached us. The fact we were not ignoring questions and actually responded to each of them is why it took so long to get to all them. At 48:30 into the video, we reached your question and responded to it. I can assure you as soon as your question appeared, we responded to it. Again, we were not seeing the comments/questions as rapidly as you would have since we viewed them one at at time as we answered them.
