I have this stockNVO and LLY but they fluctuate a lot. I would like to understand why?

Constant buying/selling day in and day out tend to cause rapid fluctuations in price.

Great company and a high quality long-term stock. Interestingly , the only Pharma company I know, without goodwill in the balance sheet. But the stock is very expensive and the fair value of the stock is currently uncertain.
