Swapped our camper trailer roof top tent mattress for one of these. Super comfy. We also own a Zempire Monstamat double and this is every bit as good if not better.

How do these compare to the much more expensive exped megamat 15? I have the duo and looking to get a smaller one for overnight trips

The main benefit of the Exped Megamat is that it will roll up much smaller. The quality of the materials is also better but this is reflected in the price, you;ll get your moneys worth out of either option. I'd recommend choosing based on what your budget allows. ~ Ben

How do you pump extra air into it if needed? Other brands come with a mini hand pump or a bag with a valve on it to attach and fill with air. Does this come with one too?

There's no pump included, Hayley. You can use your mouth to put extra air in, or with care you can use a 12V pump, just make sure you don't overinflate if using a powered pump. ~ Ben

Which​ quality self-inflatong mats come with a 'air bag'? Second question: could two quality self-inflating pads be strapped together? One purpose for this would be for two adults to have two different amounts of air inside? @SnowysOutdoors

They haven't specified an R-value for this may, Rebecca, but if compared to other similar mats, it's likely to be in excess of R10, indicating that it has good thermal resistance. ~ Ben

They are a pretty standard length, Glenn, most mats of this style sit around the 200cm mark. We didn't show it inflating because it would be an inherently boring video, we do however have a video coming of on how to pack this type of mattress away, they all follow the same procedure. ~ Ben
