Seeing him box reminded me so much of how I boxed pre covid. I used to be a bit more passive because it'd be sparring after 1+ hour of intense training, but it was so alike that I am now double the fan of what I was. So what I took from his technique was that his shoulder movement for his punches was really good, and he had a stable core. This meant that his jabs simply had a lot of force behind them. He'd throw some left hand ones that are strong enough to annoy the opponent, keep his right hand to guard himself and as soon as the opponent tries anything he punished with his right hand. Seeing how good it works in the ring and not just my personal sparring, just makes me want to get back into shape and go into the ring.

If you’ve seen Arins first videos and stuff you know he’s just a big softie huggable bear that has a lot of energy but genuinely doesn’t want to beat someone to a pulp unless it was protecting his wife or others dear to him. Harley knew that, it really said something when he hugged him. I was boxing my friend who was like 60 pounds heavier than me in front of a bunch of friends and he destroyed me. I felt so humiliated but he just came for a big hug afterwards. Crazy how some fights really don’t come from a source of hate at all.
