Insulin level peaks at ~20-30 minutes after you eat, so that's why you said you were fainting because your blood glucose level was too low. Be careful! Keep up the good work!

@@starrypeaceb Yes most likely lack of sodium plus he wasn’t even eating enough fat to be in a proper ketosis.
