For Bhaji:-
1. 1/4 Cup Dry Green Peas
2. 1 Cup Bottle gourd
3. 1 Cup Roughly Chopped Cabbage
4. 3 Raw Bananas
5. 4 Medium Tomatoes
6. 1 Big size Capsicum
7. 2 1/2 Tsp Salt
8. Total 3 Cup Water
9. 6 Dry Red Kashmiri chilly
10. 1 Tbsp Oil
11. 1 1/2 Tbsp Ghee
12. 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
13. 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
14. 2 Tsp Jain Pav Bhaji Masala
15. 1/4 Tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves (Optional)
16. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
17. Chopped Coriander Leaves
18. Butter 2-3 tbsp or Per Requirements
For Masal Pav (2 Pav):-
1. 1 Tbsp Butter
2. Pav bhaji Masala
3. Kashmiri Chilly Powder
4. Salt
5. Coriander Leaves
(हिंदी में)
भाजी के लिए:-
1. 1/4 कप सूखी हरी मटर
2. 2. कप लौकी
3. 1 कप कटा हुआ गोभी
4. 3 कच्चे केले
5. 4 मध्यम टमाटर
6. 6. बड़ा आकार शिमला मिर्च
7. 2 1/2 चम्मच नमक
8. कुल 3 कप पानी
9. 6 सूखी लाल कश्मीरी मिर्च
10. 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
11. 1/2 चम्मच घी
12. 1/2 चम्मच जीरा
13. 1/4 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
14. 2 चम्मच जैन पाव भाजी मसाला
15. 1/4 चम्मच सूखी मेथी की पत्तियां (वैकल्पिक)
16. 1 चम्मच नींबू का रस
17. कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
18. मक्खन 2-3 चम्मच या प्रति आवश्यकताएं
मसाला पाव (2 पाव) के लिए: -
1. 1 बड़ा चम्मच मक्खन
2. पाव भाजी मसाला
3. कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर
4. नमक
5. धनिया पत्तियां
(ગુજરાતીમાં)
ભાજી માટે: -
1. 1/4 કપ સૂકા લીલા વટાણા
2. 2. કપ લોટ
3. 1 કપ આશરે મોટી કાપેલી કોબી
4. 3 કાચા કેળા
5. 4 મધ્યમ ટામેટાં
6. 6. મોટા કદના કેપ્સિકમ
7. 2 1/2 ચમચી મીઠું
8. પાણીના કુલ 3 કપ
9. 6 સુકા લાલ કાશ્મીરી મરી
10. 1 ચમચી તેલ
11. 1/2 ચમચી ઘી
12. 1/2 ચમચી જીરું
13. 1/4 ચમચી હળદર પાવડર
14. 2 ચમચી જૈન પાવ ભાજી મસાલા
15. 1/4 ચમચી સૂકા મેથીના પાન (વૈકલ્પિક)
16. 1 ચમચી લીંબુનો રસ
17. સમારેલા લીલા ધાણા
18. માખણ 2-3 ચમચી અથવા જરૂરીયાતો મુજબ
મસાલા પાવ (2 પાવ) માટે: -
1. 1 ચમચી માખણ
2. પાવ ભાજી મસાલા
3. કાશ્મીરી મરચું પાવડર
4. મીઠું
5. સમારેલા લીલા ધાણા
