Hey mate my c4 picasso s turbo just seems not engaging when I put my foot down with this engine, just wondering how m i suppose to know if it’s caused by the defective solenoid or a turbo pressure sensor?

Evening Rob, could a defective sensor cause the van to go in to limp mode?I have read a few threads and most indicate changing the sensor to eradicate the fault, thanks in advance.

Is this the same that haves a tiny sponge in it,and gets clogged up. Good explanation by the way👍

Hi great advice i have the same fault code saying turbo boost pressure sensor when i look it up is it worth changing both parts the solinoid and the boost pressure sensor when i wipe the faults the van drives as normal for a few minutes then goes back into limp mode bit its awkward to get to the boost pressure sensor as its a boxer van 2017 and its position in imder the drivers pedals basically

Hello dear friend, tell me, on my Peugeot 3008, there are two identical valves and one other, all 3 of them, and the question is this, those two identical valves have the same plug,will the engine work correctly if the connection points are mixed up, I hope you can help

If these two valves are modelled up it will not matter as long as long sa thay are connected to the correct electrical connector and pipes The valves have the same part number but one controls are Dozer other controls turbo

6:11 there is 3 solenoids at the back of the head 2 on there side and one up and down which one does the turbo do you know ?

The solrenoid directly next to the one you changed is that the same solrenoid Or is it labled different just looks exactly the same I'm having the problem youve had in the video Cheers

Yes directly on the front of the engine on the air Dozer just above where the boost hose goes in to the intake manifold

Is this known as the rhh engine. And would this cause a funny noise when you turn off the engine? Almost like a voo voo zala sound. 😂

These engines do make a noise when you turn them off it's the vacuum system for the solenoids also the EGR valve Cycles when you turn it off

Hiya pal. 2015 Expert here 2.0 Hdi 130bhp. No codes on the van but it's Slow. These should do 0-60 in about 13 seconds. I've changed loads on my van. It initially took round 25 seconds to get to 60. I've got it down to around 18., but the more I put my foot down the slower it goes. Changed MAP, MAF, Fuel Filter, Air Filter and all 3 vac sols on the rear. No Codes or Engine Light ont he van itself, but the FAP Peugeot app shows live data and keeps reporting P2566.....Turbo Copy Sensor. So, did you find a solution? Was it the valve? Mine has had a recent turbo, clutch, EGR, Cam/Crank Shaft sensors.......running out of ideas. I've always Ignored the Turbo as it was new (less than 10k when I got it last May 2022.) Turbo Copy Position.......either Wiring short or Sensor inside Actuator....?
