Mujhe lagta hai ki Phone chalate hue b logo ko neend aata h. Agar subjects interested hai to bhi. Sahi karan hai Aakho pe pressure padhna or dhyaan se koi kaam krna jo hum regular ni krte. Hum phone ko regular chalaye to hume habit ban jaata hai neend nai aata pr books bina interest achank se pdhte hai to neend aajata hai. Swami Vivekananda pdhne me itne interest lete the ki unka din nikl jaata pura pdhne me.neend ni aaya. 3 din pura bina neend pdhte rhe. So ye depend krta hai. Aap kisliye pdh rhe or use krne me.kitna interest lete hai ye aapko pata hona chaiye

मैं 8 घंटे सोती हूँ जब पढने जाती हूँ तो नींद आती हैं और जब सोने जाती हूँ तो पढाई की टेंशन होती हैं 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

10 घंटे सोने के बाद दिन मे 2 घण्टे सोने के बाद भी पढ़ते टाइम नींद आती है। ये बात बिलकुल सही है नींद खत्म ही नही होती। जबकि जीवन में सब सही भी नही चल रहा पर नींद बढ़िया चल रही।😅😢

एक्सरसाइज करने से दिन भर हम सक्रिय रहेंगे ये सही है लेकिन इसका नींद से कोई कनेक्शन नहीं है क्योंकि मैं प्रतिदिन भोर में रनिंग और एक्सरसाइज करता हूं उसके बाद मैं 8 बजे स्नान कर खाना खा कर लाइब्रेरी चला जाता हूं आधे घंटे बीतते बीतते नींद बर्दास्त करना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है हालांकि मैं 7 से 8 घंटे भरपूर नींद लेता हूं फिर भी।

5 घंटे की नींद बहोत है उस विद्यार्थी के लिए जो शारीरिक मेहनत नही करता । लेकिन फिर उसे खाना भी कम खाना होगा तभी शरीर 5 घंटे में ही आराम हो जायेगा। और मोबाइल सिर्फ पढ़ाई के लिए ही इस्तेमाल करें। ज्यादा दुसरो की जिंदगी में घुसना नही बस अपने study पे focus करो। ❤

जिसको पढ़ते समय नींद आती है वह अपने आप को खुश किस्मत समझे। क्योंकि आने वाले समय में आप नींद के लिए तरस सकते हो मेरे भाई। जैसे आज मैं नींद के लिए तरस रहा हूं। मुझे रात में नींद ही नहीं आती चाहे मैं पढ़ाई भी करता हूं तो भी। एक समय था जब मैं भी सोचता था कि मुझे नींद मत आए पढ़ते समय। पर आज वह समय है जब मैं सोचता हूं कि मुझे रात में गहरी नींद आए।

पढ़ते समय अगर नींद आती है तो वो खुश किस्मत कैसे समझे 😂 वो तो अपने लक्ष्य से दूर चला जायेगा। वैसे अगर बॉडी में थकान हो या शाम में exercise करे/ रात में सोने से पहले कुछ समय टहल लिया जाए तो नींद आ सकती है।

मेरे पास एक तरीका है मुझे भी पहले यही प्रॉब्लम थी, 5 घंटे रात में नींद लेनी है और मॉर्निंग में 2 घंटे पढ़ना है और नाश्ता करने के बाद 1घंटे की नींद लेनी है उसके बाद नींद नहीं आती, दोस्तों एक बार इस तरीके को आप भी कोशिश करो शायद आपको प्रॉफिट मिले. 😊 अगर आपको सच में प्रॉफिट मिले तो मुझे बाद में thanku बोल देना 👍

1:44 होली के पहले मैं सुबह 5 बजे जग के दौड़ने जाता और एक्सरसाइज करता था 6 बजे वापिस आ जाता था फिर वापिस सो जाता था फिर 8 बजे जागता था रूटीन बदला गया था अब जाता ही नही 😊😊

Mujhe bhi padhte time boht neend aati thi maine khana kha na kam kr dia aur regular 30 minutes workout karne laga. Aur mai jyada sota nhi hu body ko jaisa dhaloge vo vaise hi banega 8 ghante ki sone ki adat daloge toh 8 ghante hi fir body ko rest chahiye isliye body ko apne hisaab se adjust karo na ki uske hisaab se adjust ho jau starting mai efforts lagega par at the end adjust ho jaoge. Aur agar in sab k baad bhi padhte time neend aye toh padhai k time pe black coffee pe lo without sugar ye toh 3 se 4 ghanta active rkhega

पढ़ते वक्त नींद ना आए इसका बेस्ट तरीका यह है कि बैठने के लिए कुर्सी का प्रयोग ना करके स्टूल का प्रयोग करें जिससे आपकी पीठ सीधी रहेगी। एक बार जरूर try करके देखना। इसी तरीके को मैं हमेशा use करता हूं।

Mene bhi yahi face kiya tha nind ka problem lekin kuch sochne ke badd aur try karne ke bad realy works. Agar tum khana khane ke turan baad pani nhi piyoge to apko nind nhi aygi lekin pani pi loge toh nind nhi aygi. Aur han khana khane ke bich me bhi nhi peena. Aur 20 min ki nonstop walk karo then 1 hour bad normaly pani pi sakte hai❤ Try karke dekho ek bar❤

Veerya loss jisko jyaada hota hai, use neend aane lagti hai padhai ke samay, uski concentration kam hoti hai, arithmetic calculations speed drop hoti hai. Just observe and see yourself. Isi liye student age ko Brahmacharyashram kaha gaya hai. Hast Maithun band karo first of all. Results kuchh time ke baad dikhega not right away.

Mujhe lagta hai ki Phone chalate hue b logo ko neend aata h. Agar subjects interested hai to bhi. Sahi karan hai Aakho pe pressure padhna or dhyaan se koi kaam krna jo hum regular ni krte. Hum phone ko regular chalaye to hume habit ban jaata hai neend nai aata pr books bina interest achank se pdhte hai to neend aajata hai. Swami Vivekananda pdhne me itne interest lete the ki unka din nikl jaata pura pdhne me.neend ni aaya. 3 din pura bina neend pdhte rhe. So ye depend krta hai. Aap kisliye pdh rhe or use krne me.kitna interest lete hai ye aapko pata hona chaiye

what the doctor is saying 100% correct about Nieed aane ki baat par. Earlier I used to study till mid night like 1-2 AM and used to wake up late like 8 or 9 AM and my whole day was like lazzy and lethargic, but then I resheduled my cycle to bed at 10:30 PM or max to max 11 P.M and woke up at 5 AM. then did 10 mins meditation and workout for 30 mins. The same day felt so much energetic and refreshed.

मुझे केवल रात 11 बजे से सुबह 4 बजे तक बहुत नींद आती हैं पूरे दिन नींद नहीं आती मैं 24 घंटों में से 6 घंटे ही होता हूं नींद जब आती हैं तब मैं अपने को रोक नहीं पाता हूं मुझे सोना ही पड़ता है मेरी आदत तो 24 घंटों में से 4 घंटे सोने की थी लेकिन अब 2 घंटे मेरी नींद बढ़ गई है कोई उपाय बताएं जिससे नींद का समय ना बड़े
