It's nice to see the former Pac-12 schools starting to get the respect they deserved. one of the best thing about collage football is that teams enter the season often much different then they end it. ASU looked like they were not talented enough scratched three wins. than Levitt gets better every week the defense improves now they are a top 25 team and still improving. CU looked lost, confused and totally with out game plan for the first 4 games, suddenly they worked in a run game and rebuild the defense on the fly, now they look like the team you don't want to face in a play off. I'm a Sundevil through and through - I remember the old WAC before we went to the PAC. I miss the PAC but this conference will be fun! I have had more fun with my season tickets this year than in ages. Nobody is going to dominate it - every year we will be wide open for a winner. Let's enjoy parity (with the hope that the U of A is bad every year). I think the only downside to the conference is the 16 teams and unbalanced schedules which can skew results but it's a small problem.

Not exactly. The issue has more to do with the Transfer Portal Kansas, OSU, UCF, and Cincinnati all struggled, and some have yet to overcome the mistake of going to the transfer portal for QB talent This left each of these teams well behind the incoming and legacy teams that had a second season transfer or in-house QB talent Take UCF for example, it was only when the 4th string QB who had redshirted last season and knew the offense was used, that UCF showed any semblance of consistency Transfer Portal talent is an unknown quality, that doesn’t know your players or offense, that can sap the NIL funds that might have been better used for other skill positions Some of these QB’s have been a complete waste (UCF, OSU)… Some took awhile but have started to click (Cinnci, KU), while only a few performed as expected (ASU)
