Hi saron, I am so sorry for the wait but every time we go to the store all of the meats weren't too good but they were amazing this time. I'm glad you enjoyed the video, just be sure to not keep the packages of 5 spice in the pot for more than 20 minutes or it will become too bitter :)

I like it!! i have a request for her to make Kuy tev Phnom Penh " the one has pork organ, ground pork, and bak siev" not Pho Vietnamese because i see many videos on youtube I only see they make Kuy Tev the same vietnamese. Nobody make exactly Khmer kuy tev and i think Khmer kuy tev taste much better than Pho. I hope see her make the video. thank you. i really enjoyed the video!!
