Made this tonight and it was just as good as my mom. I did however use 3 lbs of drumstick and cut them into smaller pieces . I omitted the pork blood but added roasted peanut at the end. Best recipe and straight to the points. Thank you.

I always used fresh coconut one day I don't had time go for short cut used this brand of cocoanut cans it night and day the flavor it off I can't eat it and I had to crack a fresh and the flavor much better, I will never used cans again...Momma Heng I love looking your cooking.

Never had Khmer curry with the blood of pig in it. Just chicken. Family usually use taro and sweet potatoes. Don't care for regular potatoes. Khmer curry is best eaten with noodles or French bread. Appreciate the cooking lesson spoken in Khmer and the caption when I don't understand certain words or phrases.
