It's so nice to see people from other countries enjoying America's great landscapes. The PCT is so beautiful. Thanks for the video. It seemed really thoughtfully produced.

Great video! Looking forward to checking out the rest of them too. Been looking for someone Irish who has done it so delighted I can across your channel. (I'm from Ireland too). I'm seriously considering doing this trail at some stage but with my job it may have to be in two or more sections even though I'd prefer to thru hike. Sure we'll see as I've a few other hiking adventures lined up first. :)

Please spread the word: Help bring home PCT thru hiker Kris Fowler (trail name Sherpa). Last seen near Packwood on Highway 12 in Washington mid October 2016. If you are hiking this year and find anything possibly related to Kris, contact the local police or call 911. Thank you 💙

How did you get on with resupply? Did you have anyone in the States helping you with that? Reason i ask is that im planning for a 2018 thru hike and im from the UK...any advice you can give will be much appreciated. Off to watch vid 2 now :)
@MattvB918 жыл бұрын
Nope just bought as I went. There is only a few locations that are difficult early on (Mainly because their expensive). In cascade locks I shipped boxes for all of Washington as it just made it easier as towns are further off trail.

MattvB91 cool, thanks. Thats what i was hoping youd say :) Just one more quick question if you dont mind: The visa...does it have a start date or is it valid for 6 months on the day of arrival in the States? always been curious about that...thanks in anticipation
@MattvB918 жыл бұрын
***** Visa starts when you enter the US. Also interesting sidenote I applied for the 6 months B2 and ended up getting 10 year B1/B2. Not sure if thats normal but its pretty sweet!
