I think we should all thank Mrs. Frozen for being understanding and agreeing to let Frozen complete his quest. If not for her we would not have this wonderful videos!!!

Absolutely my favorite thing to watch on television right now period!!. Everybody that watches this has to be saying yeah! Yes! So many ups and downs. Such an amazing journey. We are rooting for all the hikers to finish but especially Frozen and Bigfoot. Once Again thank you for bringing us on this journey.

Beautiful green forest, no burned areas or blowdowns. Excellent trail maintenance , blue sky and great weather and even a good night's sleep. Yet the exhaustion can still make it such hard work and difficult to enjoy. I get it. I've had chronic fatigue syndrome for about 15 years now and live with daily tiredness. But you keep finding the energy to keep going! The monument lies almost within reach. Proud of you man.

I am currently out in the Yosemite region on vacation, for the 1st time ever. Today we drove through and while I seen some of the most insane beauty I just don’t own the vocabulary to describe 😮😮, I must speak to burned sections we drove through. Ironically you’re the 1st person I thought of given your videos walking through that. You hit it on the hammer on the head man, seeing it on the videos just do it justice till you’re there. You made mention of the feeling you get walking through that and I can now agree. It’s a feeling of gloomy darkness and sadness . As always love content , stay safe

Washington is my favorite place to hike. We go out for 2 weeks almost every September. Glacier peak and stehekin are my favorite hikes. It's rough, especially for this Northern Indiana gal, but so worth it!

You seem to get tired when you are on trails that you can relax and just hike. No fires, no smoke, no treacherous parts, little dangers….adrenaline is low. Your body just wants to rest along w your mind bc you’re not worried or anxious. Take care!!

13:27 the amazing part about the PCT and many other trails in the GPNF and SWWA, you can see Mt. Adams, Mt. St. Helens (seen here) and Mt. Rainier depending on which direction you are looking. From atop Silver Star Mountain, just to the west of the PCT you can see Adams, St. Helens, Rainier, Hood and Jefferson. 🇺🇸🗻🏔️

2:04 Trout Creek! Trout Cheek to Panther Creek is as flat as the PCT gets in WA. Save up your energy for Big Huckleberry Mountain.

Gorgeous view if Adams!!! Whoo hoo its the simple things like pit toilets and water on tap!! 😅 Seriously, on trail where there can be dangerous parts of the trail??! With the weight youve lost, I'm guessing its nutrition that may be sapping your energy and the quick major elevation gain. Hope you get back your mojo quickly!! Good socializing will help you feel uplifted.

It was actually sleep. I didn't lose that much weight. My body seems to need about 9 hours each night and I just didn't get that much.

Breathing in all the smoke from the fires might be making you feel down. Especially at higher elevations when your body is trying to take in more oxygen. It affects the brain and makes you feel a little numb.

That's quite a climb up from Panther Creek. Then the rhododendrons. Did they remind you of the AT? I camped up the hill from where you did before Trout Lake. Thanks for another great video.

Looks like you are just ahead of the trout lake area fire! Was worried you were going to get blocked by it, but your videos are a bit further behind some other folks who are actually behind you on the trail, but ahead of you in posting videos, and have had to deal with the Trout Lake closure of the trail.

Because of the snow in this video we got the date of 8/1. Looking forward to the next video to see them just make it through before the fire.
