Loved the explanaination of the administrative process. I'm looking to get challenge Florida's Free Kill law (prevents civil court action in some med-mal) and the Department of Health (medical overseeing medical).

Woodrow Wilson started it with his idea of permanent experts as bureaucrat overlords.

Read the Declaration of Independence. In there, governments derive their just powers by the CONSENT of the governed. You can (formally) withdraw consent to be governed at any time. State's are easy to do, but feds are a bit more involved.

Here's a question how does the admin state matter vs the act of 1871 creating a Corp government ignoring original Constitution???

Weird, huh!? America the Corporation, and as any corporation it MUST have its departments... Our lackey lawmakers create these life sucking minions leaving open ended legislation...and oh, btw, they are self regulating and self funded. Soooo- like any corporate department- gotta prove up the budget increase, so they skin a few more thousand people.

This should be taught in every high school. Unfortunately, NEA is an example of what happens with expansion of government - ie, administrative state.

How do you govern the administrative state in a Constitutional manner when they are not present in the Constitution? And right now, the President nominates the heads of these executive departments and those nominations are confirmed by the Senate right? So that has the Spirit of checks and balances. According to Heritage Foundation Project 2025, they want to consolidate all that power in the hands of the President to appoint whom he wants without advice or consent from anyone else. That seems far more dangerous than the current system. Please explain.

Fully informed Jury, right? So have you "ever" informed a jury, their job, is to judge the Law and to be finders of the Facts. Guess YOU have not advised Jury of their Fully Informed duties.

While I agree the Administ4rative state needs some reigning in I don't know how the congress, by themselves, could deal with all the issues that face us. For example, back in the 60s, the EPA was created to check out of control pollution/polluters. Until that time Lake Erie was a fire hazard and would catch on fire from all the crap being poured into it without regulation. Without that agency we would all be drowning in pollution. Congress did nada to prevent that.

I sure would like to see you take on a case about freedom (or not) of religions. Almost all schools in USA teach secularism's version of creation. You know the one where all living things were evolved from a single cell that accidently came into existence in primordial pond billions of years ago.... vs the Christian version which that God Created it all. They wrongly call secularism a philosophy rather than a religion in order to get around the first amendment. In the process of doing this they also abridge the rights of the rest of us by denying us the right to teach God creation even as an option.

So what is the plan? You going to fight case by case and just win those cases to make money or is PLS going to come up with a law suit to take to the correct supreme court?

Then how come states are forcing people to stand her house closing the business is telling them they can’t even be in crowds or walk to get the note church services when that’s breaking the law and the first amendment that says we have a right to go to church and assembly and free speech and go to work we are not breaking the law they are walking we do about that because they use in the police to do it
@beasst55
@beasst55 4 жыл бұрын
The "police" are hired by the city, and despite all appearances, their duty to "protect and serve" is the dictate of the city. The State Police serve the State... The only Constitutional LE serving you is your duly "elected" County Sheriff. And if he's not assisting you in protecting YOUR unalienable Rights...get another one. Till then, find others to stand with.
