Really important thing that you discussed here. I recently realised it too that it is better to move your body around your hand to get your shape than to move your hand to get the position. Mindaugas does it really well where he almost pins himself to maintain his shape.

I'm 6'6" and 285 and I started armwrestling about a month ago. I've been having a hard time being comfortable at the table and getting in positions where I feel my strength. Thank you to anyone for any advice whatsoever.
