Paddleboard to Cliff Jump Below a Waterfall

An adventure paddle boarding and cliff jumping below Washington State’s most famous waterfall, Snoqualmie Falls. After a couple years of hiking down to the far side of this popular destination, I finally backpacked in a paddleboard on a summer day with extreme heat. The cliff jumping spot was a little sketchy with an underwater shelf to jump over, but still fun. The whole experience is intense with all the wind and mist spraying out, creating a massive adrenaline rush. Any pause paddling into the waves turns your body into a sail and you fly backwards. I’ll definitely by coming back for more! Captured with DJI Osmo Action 4.

Epic! Dig the pov shots. GoPro bite mount? I thought you were going to jump off the waterfall haha. Glad you didn't cause that probably would have hurt. What an epic swim spot though damn.

Nice one! Do you think the DJI action 4 has better quality than the GoPro? Be cool to dive that spot with a mask and snorkel and see what the underwater terrain looks like.

@@dinnersat630 I like the look better than GoPro, especially because it has a Log mode. Reliability is the biggest reason I switched. I've had a bunch of GoPro's over the years and each one has had a failed recording or corrupted files. I've just lost too many good moments to GoPro failures. Diving under the falls would be dope. I think I'll bring fins and a mask next time.
