This is a very challenging agility training session specific to padel, but can be easily adapted to tennis.
Make sure you warm up well before doing this session
There are 5 different agility exercises, completed with tabata timing (20s on, 10s off x 8 sets).
Whether you follow the session or use these movement patterns in your own training, this is the best way to get specific to the sport while not actually stepping on court.
The tabata timings mimic the work:rest in padel and even the 2 minutes between exercises is similar to the change of ends. It is all about pushing hard during the exercises and trying to recover as quick as possible between!
