Coach, this workout is beneficial for cricketers too. It helped me to improve my fielding (especially in the 30 yard circle) Coach, please make some for power hitting and force production from arms and upper body for athletes Love your videos🥰❤️

Depending on your level, you can decide to go 6-10each or total. No right or wrong

That's dependent on the athlete. If you're doing only this workout multiple times a week, you might see results in a few weeks. This workout can help but to truly get the results you're looking for, it's best to follow a proper speed and agility program. Doing random workouts will give you random results. My best advice is to commit to a program and trust a process.
