my physiotherapist is encouraging me to try different exercises to strengthen my core. this is a perfect fit. I've tried a few of yours, found this one particularly challenging

Thank you very much. I haven't been joining you as I contracted Covid last Sunday. Today is the first day of having much strength. Great to be back. My wife and I have been looking after my sister in law after she had a knee replacement a week ago. All three of us tested positive four days after she was released. Karma I guess. We are all up to date with our shots.

Hi Elizabeth, aches and tingling are signs that your nerve is being compressed. You need to avoid certain movements or slow them down. Please consult with your doctor. 🙏
