Haha you'll become a morning person only if you consistently go to sleep early. Like 21h00-22h00. Speaking from personal experience after 27 years of being not a morning person, no matter how hard I tried, and now finally being one. It's a rough transition though, but one I'm unexpectedly delighted with.

When I did a care course at a college of FE I shared lodgings with Nottingham Trent University students who thought I was a bit strange getting up at 6.00 a.m in the morning. It might be genetic though as my Grandad was a Government Vetinary Officer / small time farmer so we have always been a very active family.Bit worried that you were out of breath coming up the stairs. When you finish your course you must take up some sort of keep fit. Running or gym work but join a running club or good gym and get proper advice.

On the snack bar see if yout can try some fruit in the morning. Still your doing great fitting in all the lectures, supervisions, studying, applying for internships, rowing, Jesus bop. There is plenty of va va va vroom in your engine, Oh and i loved the blue jumper,best jumper yet, it went well with your glasses and how you had your hair

I use my laptop when I’m out and about between lectures but I mainly use my new desktop when I’m in my room - it’s great for doing my work on and also for editing videos!
