I've said this before on a few of your videos Michelle but I can't thank you enough for what You consistently do 🙏 After nearly 15 years of Chronic pain that some days does nwant to subside, there's always a Meditation in there somewhere with your name on it that Will Help So Again, Thank You So Much For All You Do in this Space. Chronic pain is such an Evil thing to have to deal with when you look just fine and everyone thinks you're just putting it on. Your Pain Meditations and Sleep Meditations have Helped Me Immensely. Your a Heaven Sent and you've got the Voice of an Angel. I can't put it any other way 🙏💙✌️🌟❤️

Thank you so much. I know and I empathize so much. I’m so sorry you have had to deal with this so long. It can get in the way of so much and no one deserves it. I wish I could take it away- and think so often about it when creating these meditations. The times I’ve dealt with severe overwhelming pain are when I get the best idea of what would help me and only hope it will help others when put to words. Thank you for being here 💜

Dear Michelle, your meditations help me to fall asleep every night. Most of the time i don't even hear the end of it, but last night was one of those nights filled with tension, sleeplessness & pain. I listened to couple of my favourite meditations of yours and slept for couple of hrs on & off, but then the pain became overwhelming & after lying awake after 2 more meditations I was getting desperate. This is when I remembered the meditation about pain management. I really focused on what you were saying & I loved the time you took to relax & relax & relax & as I focused on the light expanding within with my every breath I was able to release the build up tension & the pain was almost fully gone. I slept well for my remaining hours of the night & I wanted to send big thank you to you an the work you do. Similar thing happened numerous times before with this meditation. It is able to calm me down in moments of despair and return me to peaceful and calm state of being. Priceless.

Thank you for writing this! And you are amazing for still listening and I am glad this meditation could help. I understand and absolutely dread those nights when I make it to the end of numerous meditations and am still awake and dealing with discomfort. Kudos to you for keeping with it and ultimately getting sleep! Wishing you healing and nights of great sleep to come.

I do wish you would do at least one more pain management hypnosis. Especially chronic pain. You have so many for anxiety/stress/depression ect - and those of us with physical pain issues as well only have two to choose from. It would be nice to incorporate one of the psychological aspects of pain with physical pain as those of us with chronic pain tend to struggle with those issues as a result.

I'm scheduled for spinal surgery in a few weeks, the pain I feel while waiting for my next dose of pain medication can get very intense. This is where I begin listening to this audio recording. It takes approximately 30 - 40 minutes for the pain medication to start working and this audio helps me get there. I listen to this audio at least 4 times around the clock every day. It's just right. I had the same thing for years. After menopause I had an MRI for my hip and found out my ovaries had endometrial tissue on it. I always suspected something was wrong but no Dr ever suggested an MRI which is the way this is visualized. Keep getting diagnostics to find out what is going on. I didn’t have a hysterectomy as was suggested several times but now that I’m menopausal I don’t miss that monthly pain.

This really shoudn't be happening-- KZbin is the one in control of this unfortunately and not me. They have made constant changes but I was told older videos like this wouldn't be affected. Most of my tracks are available to stream on any streaming service-- also, if this keeps happening on KZbin, you can always set a sleep timer on your device. So sorry this happened.

I'll treat this file as entertainment. But about 10 years ago I was housebound for a year from an injury. I run and do martial arts now. But I still get "flare-ups" every now and then in-which I essentially re-live the past-trauma.
@MichellesSanctuary7 жыл бұрын
Wow! Glad you are okay now but I absolutely understand flare-ups. Thanks to an unmarked construction disaster in NYC, I fell and destroyed an ankle and set me up for hip and knee alignment issues. Nearly two years later and I get occasional flare-ups and found that meditation was helping. What really helped was also consciously falling asleep with attention to the source of pain which caused me to sleep in a better way for healing. +Poly Urethane
@thisaccountisdead90607 жыл бұрын
Thanks - I did exactley the same thing... it's almost like being wolverine (but a lot slower). I just decided I was either going to try for the best - however long it took (as I was always improving by small amounts) - or just give up entirely. I was lucky I guess. I take life a lot more for granted than I did back then - I've put it behind me and gotten back some of my innocence. My problem was my back which left issues with my hip etc. Obviously this is just what worked for me and may not be good for anyone else, but I found a lot of benefit from doing exercises like back bridges or even going into a back bridge from standing by walking my hands down a wall behind me - really forces you to connect your core to your heels. I can actually go into a back bridge from standing and reverse back up again, which I couldn't even do when I was younger. Lovin' it :P
@MichellesSanctuary7 жыл бұрын
That's amazing! I practice yoga daily and have found it fun to do things now I couldn't when I was younger. And pretty much it's my goal this year to reverse back up again from wheel or to do a walkover. Only thing in my way is a touch of fear. +Poly Urethane
@thisaccountisdead90607 жыл бұрын
Well best of luck! For a walkover I found it best to do the yoga scorpion position first as it was easier with split legs to balance and touch one foot over to the floor - it's a little bit hard on the elbows but it didn't give me any problems. Also bending legs over backwards or with split legs from a headstand with hands clasped behind the head.

It is NOT best to “always heed the advice of your doctor”. Some are simply authoritarian quacks.
@MichellesSanctuary11 ай бұрын
I’m sorry to say that I hadn’t experienced this until after I recorded this meditation. And you’re right- sometimes it’s best to just listen to what a doctor says then find second opinions or other resources when necessary. I just want it to be clear this isn’t created to be medical advice- just a way to relax and mindfully deal with pain. 💜
