Such beautifully clear and well pronounced instructions in a calm voice, and they were perfectly matched to the actions you were doing at the same time. No distracting music, no extraneous babbling. Best of all? You went to the inconvenience of working upside down from your own perspective so we viewers could see the working view we’ll have when braiding our own challah. I had an utter meltdown last year when I couldn't remember how to braid the Challah. It was a blank spot in my mind. The only presentation which shows it from the student's viewpoint; the steps are clearly described and a logic is explained so the student can use the same mantra later. As others have said, your explanation of the 6 Strand Braid has clarity and is understandable. I've watched others that appear quite random and lack the conventions or rules that you share along the way. Thanks for saving my sanity.
