Grabber grey primer is best for Grabber Blue finish coat (LoL). Looking good. Lots and lots of really good shop paint DIY tips and tricks. I will be using them all this Spring on my 69 Convertible!

Good job mate.. and you're right about the blocking.. when you think you're done blocking back... do 20 more hours blocking back... Wax & Grease remover inflation.. that's Bidenomics 😵😵😵 Loving the masking-up music today..🎸🎸🎸🤘🤘 Big Worm... you bragging about what you're packing' ?? Pollen ? or chemtrails?... Spraying in one hand & camera in the other,, degree of difficulty 9.5!! Was good to see you strain your primer.. saves a lot of fixing later after the gun spits out a big lugie on the job hahaha & you're spot on about the bare steel, that'll react & boil the edges if you don't cover them bits up.. You the maaaaan..!!

Would isopropyl (alcohol) work instead of acetone?
@rdspeedfab Жыл бұрын
Probably. It what you really want is an automotive wax and grease remover. People like a 50/50 alcohol water mix. I’ve never used it though. But don’t use acetone on anything other than bare metal

@@rdspeedfab Thanks for your help. I'm going to paint my '65 Barracuda in a month or so. And finding your channel was great timing for me.

@@rdspeedfab It's a 1965. Really good body, very little rust. Hardly any parking lot dents. Turns heads every where....
