Love the concept and im old enough to know about “The Norwegian” reference... Then again, im in Denmark...before the plague we had metal gigs that, if nothing else, celebrated the wierd drive that made metalheads in Norway burn churches and kill their bandmates to gain fame and immortality... I love this paint scheme! You paint (and teach) so well! I'm so distracted by the nub mark on the front tire though. It's in a weird spot and I wish GW would have made the tire one piece, but I don't think it would be too hard to fill, or just put a strip of styrene over it (and on the other ridges of the tire) to hide the nub and give the tire more chonk 💀💜

I know this video is a bit older now so I'm not sure if you'll see this, but rewatching it (for like the fifth time) led me to wonder about your preference for enamel paints over oils. I haven't really worked with either, and I'm wondering what the major difference of working with them is and why you seem to prefer enamels. Can you elaborate?

honestly im just used to enamels. i haven't worked with oils for years. i kind of want to start messing with them for experimentation but im a big fan of all the AK enamel washes and tend to just stick with what im comfortable with.
