That turned out so well, Sharon. I really liked the way the foreground grasses were built up slowly, layer by layer - and with so many lights going over darks, I suspect this would have been almost impossible with watercolour. Very interesting details about the surgery, by the way, I never knew that the nerve block took so long to wear off; I'd have thought it was just like a local anaesthetic wearing off but it shows how wrong I was. It must have been so odd having a dead, floppy arm for so long until everything reverted back to normal. Anyway, glad the surgery went so well for you and thanks for adding to my medical knowledge and my gouache knowledge all in one video! All the best, Brian.
