I’ve been searching everywhere for how to paint intricate stuff on the soaps. Finally found it!! 😅

I read , if you squirt alcohol on the finished painted soap, the colored mica won’t come off on your hands. The alcohol has to dry before you pack the soap or wrap it. I would image you lose the color some where down the line. To paint with the melt and pour is too much of a hustle because it hardens to fast. Thank you for your video. Lots to learn.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out this Dragon Eye for my husband’s soap. Also, I just wanted to say Anna that you are great to watch and learn from. You have a very calming voice (while I’m panicking:) your polite too that may seem odd to say but you are! Your great at soap making and teaching and I just wanted you to know😁. I appreciate your videos too. Thank you again 😊♥️🧼🧽

Hi Anna, Thanks for the info. I'm looking at doing my 1st painting of soap and had no idea where to start or what method was best. I am leaning more toward the mica and alcohol method as it seems to have a little more control as far as brush strokes go. I understand it wont last as long as the soap method but I'll give it a try 😊 You mentioned to let it dry for a couple hours and then wrap. Do you know if the mica comes off on the wrapping at all or once its set it's ok until use? Thanks 😍
