That was so much fun to watch Susan.....the amazing colours you used, and we were rewarded by your beautiful painting. But do you know what I loved most? It was the being part of the evening, hearing the dusk sounds of the cattle, dogs barking, coyotes howling etc. It was absolutely magical! Thank you for sharing it with us! :) xx
@1Thedairy3 жыл бұрын
Beautiful result. I like the way you created the colours to enhance the scene. It was strange to hear those coyotes and to think they are on your doorstep. It reminds me of where you live in the wild. We don’t have anything like that in the UK.

I have the same package of Colourfix, Susan. Just to clarify, it has 2 sheets per color, one each of smooth and original. Yet another wonderful video, with the great opening featuring my favorite dog, Jackson. ;) As usual, I love how you "see" and turn what may seem a simple landscape to something just stunning!

Oh.... thanks for that Vickie! Guess I should have read the package... LOL! My life has been so topsy-turvy lately I just usually grab something quick and try to paint. ;)

I’m always, nicely, surprised how a pastels artist can pull beauty out of the initial chaos. Best I can manage at the moment is organised chaos. More practice 🤭

Wow, so serene. Thanks for sharing so freely with us all. I LOVE💖 how you instigate and then alter your color choices as you go creating new colors that pop. It is very dreamlike, sort of like what you described in your dream comment on Monet Café.
